To import from abroad, “Shipping Cost” is one major concern that many craft importers always feel worried.
We always clarify many craft importers that shipping cost will be calculated from both actual and volume weight and it would be charged from which one that is larger.
We also alert that average shipping cost per pack will be lower once you buy more and more…. Many customers tried to do it and they can prove that IT IS CORRECT!!! How about your thought….Do you believe it or not????

1.Product specification
-- As we informed you that we will ship you the beautiful texture, thicker and fluffy look paper. The thicker paper is the cause to the high shipped weight of this order.
2.Average shipping cost / piece
-- Besides, the clarification about product specification, let me show you the average total cost per piece of the paper that your order as following detail :
>> There are 7 items that you order (116 sheets of each items), there are all 812 full sheets.
>> To cut all paper to A4 size, you will get all 4,060 pieces (5 pieces for 1 full sheets).

Payment Policy Let me bother your worth timing with the payment information that could be clarified as below : 1.For our existing customer
* The payment would be charged first for 50% deposit payment from the product cost and for the rest of them include shipping cost would be charged again once the order is ready to ship out. 2.For the new customer
* In case of new customer who have just placed the first order with us. Once we received the new order with credit card detail, we will check order detail with our inventory, update the status of that order to customer and we will charge the payment before starting our production process.
* In the past, we use the same process for both existing and new customer, charge payment once order is ready to dispatch. But there are many times that we faced with the problem with new customer (deal at first time), and some existed customer, the problem is once we finished packing their order, their payment is declined and once we contacted them, there is no response back from them.
